Updated Terms of Service for R3kon Digital Solutions

Effective Date: February 26, 2026

1. Scope of Services

By engaging R3kon Digital Solutions, you are contracting for professional expertise across the following specialized service areas:

  • Strategic Consulting & Operations: Business process analysis, high-level digital strategy, and operational consulting.
  • Luxury Web Design & Development: Custom website creation, UI/UX design, and technical front-end/back-end development.
  • Brand Identity & Visual Storytelling: Professional photography, videography, and creative direction to build a cohesive brand narrative.
  • Automated Business Workflows: Integration of automation tools and software to streamline repetitive business tasks.
  • Elite E-commerce & Systems: specialized development for online storefronts, including WooCommerce management and complex system integrations.
  • Digital Growth & Strategic SEO: Search engine optimization, backlink acquisition, and data-driven growth marketing.

2. Service-Specific Terms

Web & E-commerce Development

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary text, brand assets, and product data. R3kon Digital Solutions provides a 30-day “Launch Support” period to fix any bugs identified post-deployment.

Brand Identity & Photography

  • Session Management: Visual storytelling sessions must be scheduled at least 14 days in advance.
  • Deliverables: Final edited media will be delivered via a secure digital gallery. Raw files are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate Addendum.

Automated Workflows & Consulting

The Company is not responsible for third-party API changes or software updates (e.g., Zapier, CRM platforms) that may disrupt custom-built automated workflows after the project has been handed over.

3. Proprietary Systems and Data

For Strategic SEO and Digital Growth services, the Company utilizes proprietary methods for backlink acquisition and keyword analysis. While reports are provided to the Client, the specific internal “know-how” and professional networks used to achieve these results remain the intellectual property of R3kon Digital Solutions.

4. Fees and Retainers

  • Project-Based: A 50% deposit is required for Web Design and Brand Identity projects.
  • Monthly Retainers: Services for SEO, E-commerce management, and Consulting are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

R3kon Digital Solutions provides “Elite” and “Luxury” services but does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Business growth is subject to market conditions, client participation, and third-party platform algorithms.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina.
