Pricing on Monthly Packages is reviewed at the end of each contract term. Rates are intentionally set to build a strong portfolio in these early months — as that portfolio grows, standard pricing will be revisited at renewal rather than fixed indefinitely.
As early as you can, especially for weekend dates or conference season — but reach out even if your event is coming up soon; if the date’s open, we can usually make it work.
Half-Day covers up to 4 hours — a good fit for a launch, a ribbon-cutting, or a shorter gathering. Full-Day covers up to 8 hours, built for events with a longer arc.
Not by default — a single photographer covers most events well. A second shooter is available as an add-on for larger events where multiple things are happening at once.
Let us know as soon as it looks like the timeline’s shifting — coverage can often extend in the moment, billed at the hourly rate for the extra time.
Drone coverage works best outdoors and depends on the venue’s own rules and airspace restrictions — let us know your location ahead of time and we’ll confirm whether it’s a fit.
Standard delivery timelines apply, with a rush 48-hour gallery available for an additional fee — useful if you need images fast for a same-week recap or press push.
Yes — multi-day and conference coverage is priced per day for engagements of two or more consecutive days.
